Exchange

You may exchange your most new purchase within 5 days of delivery with the same value or higher. It must also be in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging - along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to exchange an item, contact us on contact@boldwrist.com, on our number +971501946184  or through our social media platform with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
We will respond with instructions for how to exchange items from your order.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Please note that exchanges may take up to 5 days to be fully processed.

Return & Refund

You may Return & Refund your most new purchase within 5 days of delivery.

It must also be in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging - along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders inside UAE, Return & Refund will be processed the same way of your original payment method:

• Online Payment method: delivery and return fee will be deducted from the total order amount and rest will be refunded to the customer. 
• Cash: we will not be able to return money in cash for cash payments, we will be able to provide bank transfer or credit store excluding delivery and return fee of the purchased item.
